Balanced Diet

A balanced diet gives you all the necessary nutrients you need in the right proportions
This should include:
  • Carbohydrates
  • Proteins
  • Lipids
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals
  • Water
Fibre is also essential to keep the digestive system working well but is NOT a nutrient.
